Many of our colleagues discover, almost by accident, that there’s a way to blend their love of music and sciences and thus find their way to us. Sinhong is no exception: thanks to a fellow student a year ahead of him in college who returned to talk about their work as an AV consultant, Sinhong found a way to combine his interests in music, music technology, and audio. 

Sinhong’s journey takes on further serendipity when a LinkedIn comments section put him in touch with one of our Partners and he began working with us through a residency program. Since then, he’s become a full-fledged part of our team and we couldn’t be more excited to have him in the office. He’s enjoyed the opportunities in the office, including worked on a study for the Amerding Hall at Wheaton College, which allowed him the chance to help lead the project himself while discovering options to present to the client to improve their project.  

When not in the office, he plays soccer with a recreation league in Chicago and finds time to work with local artists to help them with production and the engineering side of making music.
